If you've forgotten your password, you can request a new one using the same link, it's easy, just click 'Forgot your password?' However, don't forget to check your spam folder to see if you've received any information about your new password.
At this point, you will have either fully or partly paid for your booking, or your booking will be pending to be paid for. The different options appear during the reservation process on the Goldcar website.
